Exotic spicy kale salad.
This is an awesome dish that I am really excited to share!!!
1 head of kale [chopped].
1/3 cup of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of sesame tahini.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 t spoons of apple cider vinegar.
half a cup of sun dried tomato's.
a pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon of tumeric powder.
half a cup of water.
Put the chopped kale in a bowl and process all ingredients through a vita mix or other high powered blender.Once blended pour over the kale and massage the oily mixture/dressing into the leaves for about 8-10 minutes.
Serves two.Very delicious

Spicy red cabbage kimchi mush.
5 heads of red cabbage.
1 pound of carrots.
1 red onion.
1 cayenne or habanero pepper.
3 capsules of a good pro-biotic like bifidus infantis.
Process all ingredients [except for the pro-biotics] through a green life juicer or a food processor.
collecting juice and pulp in a large bowl or croc pot.
Add the the capsules and stir together add more water if you want to collect more juice from your fermented harvest.Cover with a cheese cloth or lid and leave for 4-5 days.
Enjoy the juice and then put the kimchi mush into jars.
Voila!

Superfood milkshake
A cup of sunflower seeds.
48 oz of H2o
1 teaspoon of fresh local bee pollen.
1 teaspoon of maca.
2 tablespoons of cacao powder.
a handful of goji berries.
1 tablespoon of tocotrienols.
1 3rd of a teaspoon of blue manna powder.
2-3 teaspoons of raw honey.
A pinch of sea salt.
A pinch of cayenne pepper.
Blend sunflower seeds in some purified water and strain to make a milk.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend together into a yummy combination.
Add more sweetener or cacao to your liking.
Easy and fun! serves 2-3

Yummy veggie blend soup.
Half a bunch of celery sticks chopped.
8 soaked sun dried tomato's.
Half a head of dino kale.
3 radishes.
2 cloves of garlic with skin.
1/2 tea spoon of sea salt.
A few pinches of cayenne pepper powder.
a hand full of goji berries.
1 cup of wakame seaweed soaked.[keep soak water].
2 table spoons of olive oil.
1 Table spoon of apple cider vinegar.
32 ounces of filtered H2o.
1 avocado.
Blend all ingredients except avocado, in a vita mix until soup like,cut avocado into cubes and serve on top of soup.Add sea salt and cayenne if you want more taste and serve.
